My son is turning 2 in Oct. Just thought of taking him to WDW- his aunt is getting married in Central FL right before his bday. He is a HUGE Mickey fan. Is there any where besides Chef Mickey's that offers dining w/ Mickey? Anything else we should do???

    Hi Linda,

It sounds like our little guys would get along just swell -- my 3-year-old's favorite pal is also Mickey Mouse! I have to agree with their excitement though, I mean, what trip to Walt Disney World would be complete without meeting the Big Cheese?

We love Chef Mickey's for breakfast, but for dinner, you can usually find Mickey at The Garden Grill, in Epcot, for Chip 'n Dale's Harvest Feast.  This is one our favorite Character Dining experiences.  The food is delicious and it's just a fun restaurant. I also highly suggest stopping by to Meet Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater.  My son was just ecstatic meeting Magician Mickey on our last visit.  It filled his heart (and mine) to hear Mickey say hello and give him a huge hug.

Have a wonderful visit with your son and please wish him a very happy birthday from the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  If there is anything else I may assist you with, please send me a note.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
