Hi. My son will turn three on the second day of our WDW vacation. However, we will be switching resorts on day 7. Will I need to purchase him a ticket for that second half of our vacation because we are switching resorts? Thanks!

    Hi Jodie!

Great question!  This is often confusing, but I have been told by two different Guest Relations Cast Members that if your child starts their vacation off when they are two years old and turns three sometime during the vacation, they will not need a ticket.  Even though you are splitting your resort stay, you will still be on vacation and your son won't need a ticket.  I did have this confirmed on the phone with Walt Disney World Guest Relations today.  Be sure to pick him up a complimentary birthday button!

Have a magical day and happy birthday to your little guy!
