Ahoy Jessica –
Your cruise on the
Dream will be a fabulous adventure for your pirate crew! I just love the beauty of the Dream; after walking onto the ship I have to take a minute to look up and all around to soak it all in. One of the special things I enjoyed was spending time with my children in the
Oceaneer Club. Make sure that you visit during Open House Hours on embarkation day and play, play, play away! I loved dancing on the Magic Play Floor with my sea pups, meeting R2D2 on the Millennium Falcon and challenging each other to video games in this amazing space. Jessica, for safety reasons, the age limits of 3-12 is strictly enforced, and your sea pup will be allowed to participate in programming at the Oceaneer Club when he actually turns 3. Until then, you are encouraged to bring him to Open House for free play along with a parent. If you desire secured childcare, then I recommend the
Nursery (sea pups ages 6 months-3 years). At the Nursery, reservations are recommended, and there is a nominal hourly fee. My son loved his Youth Counselors at the Nursery so much that we left him there until he turned 4, even though he was potty-trained. Jessica, we hope this helps with your cruise planning, and please feel free to cruise on back if you need additional assistance. Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
