    My son is surprising his girlfriend with a quick visit to WDW to propose in front of the castle. Is there a way he can hire one of the photo takers to capture the moments for them?

    Hi Janet,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How excited you must be for your son and his girlfriend. I can think of no better place to propose than in front of Cinderella's Castle at the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Currently, there is no service that allows guests to hire a PhotoPass Photographer. However, I have a few suggestions. There are several PhotoPass Photographers stationed in front of the castle. Your son could ask one of them to take the photo. As long as he does not mind the rest of the folks in line watching, I think this would be a lovely option. Although there is no charge for a PhotoPass Photographer to take the photos, your son would have to pay to access the photos. My family loves Memory Maker because it gives us access to all of our PhotoPass photos in one trip. 

    If you are interested in something more elaborate, I suggest that you contact Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons. Their specialized planners can help your son create a dream come true for his girlfriend. Also consider using Disney Floral & Gifts to spread pixie dust on the occasion. My girls have loved their special surprises from Disney Floral & Gifts.

    Be sure to remind your son to make Advanced Dining Reservations. They certainly need to eat on this special day!
