Our son is stationed overseas but is coming home for the holidays this year. We would like to visit Disneyland during his visit and are looking at using his military discounts for the park-hopper passes. What are the military blackout dates for Disneyland?

    Hi, Lisa!

I’m so happy to hear that your son will be home for the holidays and that you’re thinking of making a visit to the Disneyland Resort during his time with you!

Disney is saluting active and retired U.S. military personnel by offering 3-Day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper tickets for $129 each that may be used September 29, 2013 through September 27, 2014. The tickets are available for purchase at participating U.S. military sales outlets by any eligible U.S. military personnel or their spouse. The blockout dates for these promotional tickets are December 19, 2013 through December 31, 2013.

I hope this helps, Lisa, and that your family enjoys a perfectly pixie-dusted holiday visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! Please ask me any other questions you may have as your trip approaches.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
