    My son is stationed in Japan and we are all meeting in California for a Disney Vacation. Can he purchase park hopper tickets for military families at Disneyland, when we arrive? Are there dining discounts available to military?

    It’s so wonderful that you will be reuniting with your son at “The Happiest Place on Earth!” I can't think of a better place to spend time with family!

    The Disneyland Resort salutes active and retired U.S. military personnel by offering Disneyland Resort promotional theme park tickets. The 3-day Disney Military Promotional Ticket includes Park Hopper which allows you to enjoy the attractions at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day! Tickets are valid through December 18, 2020 and blockout dates of April 5 through April 12, 2020 apply. 
     
    Disney Military Promotional Tickets may be purchased at participating U.S. Military sales outlets by Eligible Service Members or their spouses. Since your son is meeting you at the Disneyland Resort and will be unable to visit a Military sales outlet, the tickets may be purchased at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booth with a valid ID. Your son may purchase up to six tickets at the discounted rate. All tickets must be purchased together and your son must accompany guests using this ticket type. 

    While the Disneyland Resort does not offer dining discounts, they do offer discounted hotel accommodations for members of the U.S. Military. Right now on the website, there are special offers for stays through December 17, 2020.
