Son son is 14 months, Is this a good age to bring a kid? Is there things to do with a 14 month old? We plan on going in June, are there inside quarters to go to if the heat is too much for him? Where do you reccomend we stay? Thank you! -Meg

    Hi Meghan!

This may come as a surprise to some but, Walt Disney World is truly a very toddler-friendly vacation destination! Little ones really enjoy the magic that surrounds them and take it all in with so much glee, it'll be impossible not to smile your Disney Day away.

Start by familiarizing yourself with the details about the wonderful, air-conditioned Baby Care Centers located throughout Walt Disney World Resort that offer changing tables, rocking chairs and the ability to replace anything you may have forgotten or ran out of during the day like diapers, formula and baby food.

And, you'll definitely want to check out this online printable guide for Traveling with Little Ones and details regarding stroller rentals for those tiny feet.

I'd really recommend trying to schedule at least one character meal during your trip. Priceless memories and plenty of photo opportunities are found at these dining experiences! Just be sure to make online advanced dining reservations or by calling 407-WDW-DINE  prior to leaving home.

Lastly, for your accommodations, the convenience of staying onsite when traveling with tiny tikes can not be overstated. Perhaps one of the Disney Resorts near the Magic Kingdom Park would meet your needs and allow for a quick return to the hotel during the day for a mid-day nap.

May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
