Hi! We want to take our son snorkeling this dec on our cruise, but our daughter is 4-just a few months too young to participate. What are our options for while we take him? Can she play in the kids club for 2.5 hr excursion?Should we get an in room sitter?

    Welcome aboard, Cindy!

Your whole crew must be excited to be going on your Very Merrytime Cruise in December - what an awesome way to celebrate the holidays with your family. The ship will be beautifully decorated - and the extra special Disney touches onboard are amazing.

I am just assuming that you are planning your snorkeling excursion while on Castaway Cay. If this is the case, your little princess will be more than welcome to stay onboard at the It's a Small World Nursery, while you take your son to go snorkeling for a couple of hours or so. The youth clubs will all be open while the ship is docked, so you've got that option. The ship will be an easy 5-10 minute walk from the family beach and snorkel lagoon. So, after you and your son have enjoyed checking out the hidden treasures at the lagoon, then you can easily come back to the ship to pick up your daughter. She can come out to the beach and play on the sand too, and you can take those super cute beach fun splashtacular photos.

There are no in-room baby sitters at this time. The Youth Counselors are pretty awesome - they do a great job making the kids feel very special and they take really good care of them in the Youth Clubs.

    Happy planning, Cindy!
