My son will be 1 in September of 2018. Do I still need to buy him a ticket?

    Ahoy, James!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love that you're planning a magical vacation for your little Mouseketeer! We brought my son on his first Disney Vacation by Land and Sea when he was 6 months old. He loved meeting his favorite Disney Characters onboard and experiencing all the fun attractions at Walt Disney World Resort.

James, if you're interested in setting sail with your little guy, pricing for cruises aboard Disney Cruise Line is based on the number of Guests occupying each stateroom. Each voyage is priced for two Guests, no matter their ages. So, if you and your little one are setting sail together, you will pay the same cruise fare for the two of you in your stateroom as two adult Guests would sharing a stateroom. If you'll be sailing with a third, fourth or fifth pirate, the cruise fares for those Guests will be at a reduced rate based on their ages.

If you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort and thinking about purchasing a Theme Park Ticket for your son, I have great news! All Guests under 3 years of age do not need to purchase a theme park ticket; their admission into the theme parks is complimentary until their third birthday.

I'm wishing you an upcoming Disney vacation filled with pixie dust and fun! Thanks so much for sailing by!
