My son was on senior trip and was at Hollywood Studios on Wednesday March 16. He purchased a Asoka tono lightsaber in Dok-Ondar's of Antiquities for $348 and the silver part (the hilt) is no longer working. How can we get this replaced/fixed?

    Bright Suns Leona,
Welcome to the "galaxy, far, far, away" known as planDisney! As a Star Wars fan and fellow Jedi, I’m so sorry to hear that your young Padawan’s lightsaber is fractured. Ahsoka’s lightsabers are incredibly rare artifacts, so I’m sure he is more than a bit upset about their current state.

I reached out to a Force-sensitive Cast Member and explained your son’s problem to them. I was informed that there is a way to look into getting the lightsaber remedied (a New Hope, you could say). The Gatherers who work at the Mail Order Merchandise department should be your next point of contact. They are available from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST Monday- Friday and can be reached at 1-877-560-6477 or via email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. With their help, I’m sure your son will be able to get the help he needs replacing or repairing Ahsoka’s lightsabers to their former glory.

May the Force be With You and Your Padawan!

    Til the Spires,
