My son has selective eating disorder-does that qualify for disability - he only eats certain types of food- and I’m worried about waiting on long lines with him

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Suzie!

March is an excellent time to visit Walt Disney World Resort and make memories that will last a lifetime. The Disability Access Service (DAS) is a great way to accommodate guests needing the service.

In your case, contacting a cast member who can assist you further from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST may be a good idea. If deemed eligible for DAS, the Guest utilizing DAS must be introduced on the video call, and a photo will be taken of them.

Registering for DAS is done one of two ways: (1) pre-arrival via live video chat or (2) on-site at Guest Relations. Because you have an arrival date that will be here before you know it, it is a great time to make contact and complete the Pre-Registration and DAS Advance Planning if you plan to register via the live video chat.

Before you call, do not forget to include everyone in your travel party on your Family & Friends List and ensure their theme park tickets are assigned.

We will be here if you have additional questions; let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical experience!
