    My son recently stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge. While there he purchased a t-shirt that he loves and recently stained it permanentlly. Is there any way to buy a shirt from a gift shop in the lodge if you are not there now?

    I'm sorry to hear that your sons shirt was ruined. You can call Disney's Merchandise Guest Services / Mail Order Merchandise Department toll free at 877-560-6477 or email them at wdw.mail.order@disney.com. When contacting them, be sure to have as much information about the product as possible. For example, tell them what store you bought it in, approximate price and describe it in as much detail as possible. They can ship to you if still available.
