    My son purchased a park exclusive pandora bracelet in December for his girlfriend. The clasp has broken. It is virtually impossible to reach a retail store at the park. What should we do/who to contact? We won't be there again until March.

    In my opinion, no visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is complete without some shopping at Disney Springs.  I love that the Pandora Jewelry store in Disney Springs has some exclusive merchandise that can only be found at the Walt Disney World Resort.  It makes such a special vacation souvenir or gift for the Disney fan in your life.

    I have good news for you, Tina.  I was able to reach a Cast Member at the Disney Springs Pandora store.  I explained your situation to her, and she suggests you contact Pandora Jewelry's consumer affairs department at 1(855) 922-2600.  I hope this helps you straighten out the situation with the bracelet your son purchased.
