Sarah from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Our son was 3 when we purchased our original tickets in early March of 2020. Since he didn't get a ticket then and he is now 4, I do not have a ticket that I can use to reserve a date. How can I include him in our trip?

Heigh-ho Sarah, it's off to the Disneyland Resort you go! The long wait is finally over, and you can now begin making arrangements to return to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park

Since your little guy is now a full-fledged Mouseketeer, he'll need a valid ticket and a theme park reservation to take part in the fun. New ticket sales resumed on April 15th, so you're clear to go ahead and purchase admission for him and make theme park reservations for the entire crew.

Once your tickets and theme park reservations are in order, it's time to start planning your adventure! Now that your son is a year older, he might be ready to take on some of the bigger thrills that the Disney Parks offer. My daughter recently turned four and is finally tall enough to hit the road on Radiator Springs Racers. She can't wait to say ka-chow to Lightning McQueen and friends on our next trip. To pass the time before your visit, browse the attraction listings at both theme parks and see how your son measures up.

I hope you're able to return to a world of magic in the Disneyland Resort soon, Sarah, and if there's anything else we can do before you're off, come see us again. Thanks for stopping by!

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
