My 12 yo son is playing baseball at the sports complex mem. wkend. Our daughter is 14. We have never been and planning to come early in the week. Wednesday we will arrive that week. I have no clue as to where to do/what to do/where to stay with teens.

    Hi Beth,
I turned to my 13 year old son and asked him what is the best resort for teenagers, and he replied, "The Contemporary because it is the most modern."  Hmmm, I tried to interpret that and realized it is probably a good choice (albeit a more expensive one) with its clean lines and refreshing colors, monorail running through the building, simple, but large pool, and access to water sports.  It was also recently renovated!  Now what to do with all the choices.  Of course, there are the 4 parks with the many fast rides like Expedition Everest, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain,  and Mission Space.  I would encourage you to order the free planning DVD to help get an overview of the attractions.  Outside of the parks, you could shop all day at Downtown Disney, play at DisneyQuest (a huge indoor arcade), enjoy one of the water parks, play miniature golf, or just relax by your resort pool.  I'm actually limited on space with the answers, so I'm just offering a simple overview to get you started.  As you make more decisions and have more questions, please ask!
