My son has a "Your Way - no expiration" 10 day pass purchased in 2006. He doesn't remember how many times it was used. Can he find out?

    Hello, Ruth,

Thank you for sending your question about Theme Park Tickets to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We, too, were in a similar situation, so we were able to do a couple of things to find out how much was left on the non-expiration tickets.  If you have the tickets with you while visiting Walt Disney World, you can stop by Guest Relations at any of the theme parks or Disney Springs and they can let you know.  When we did this, we had the park admissions transferred to our MagicBands.

If you'd like to know this prior to visiting Walt Disney World, you can Contact Walt Disney World about your tickets or send an email to the following address: ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com. When we did this last year, we were asked to provide the following:  1. A photo copy of the front and back of each ticket, 2. A copy of your Government issued I.D., and 3. Your name and day time telephone number.  However, I'd wait to hear back from them before sending that information the first time around.

If we can help with any further questions, please let us know.  Wishing you a Delightfully Disney Day!  -Kara
