    Does my son need to have his lightsaber with him to join the jedi training academy?

    Hello, Rosebelle!

    As a mom to an aspiring Jedi, I understand a Padawan's desire to use his or her own lightsaber during the Star Wars: Jedi Training Academy. The Jedi Master will loan each Padawan a brown robe and training lightsaber for use during the session.

 These training sessions are very popular, so be sure to head straight to sign-ups at the queue outside ABC Sound Studio when the park opens. Also, remember that your Padawan must be present at the time of sign-up.
