Rebecca from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My son is in the Navy. His permanent address is in CA. What form of ID can he show other than a Driver's license?

    Good day, Rebecca!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for bringing your question our way!

I’d be delighted to hEAR you are planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort! I recently attended the reopening day and the magic has most certainly returned to "The Happiest Place on Earth!"

As you are already aware, per guidance from the state of California, attendance is currently limited to residents of the state of California. As a member of the military, based in California, your son may use the address of his military base to secure a reservation. During the reservation process, you will be asked to confirm that you are both living in California. Identification may also be checked at the gate. So, I recommend having him bring his military ID along with valid theme park admission.

Please note that the Disneyland Resort now requires an advanced Theme Park Reservation in order to visit the theme parks. This reservation is required in addition to your valid admission ticket and can be made up to 60 days in advance.

I hope this answers your question! Please head back to planDisney if you think of any more!
