My 4 yo son has múltiple food allergies. I know that all the Disney restaurants and chefs are very capable of handling food allergies. What are your top four Disney restaurants (at the resorts) for most tasteful/flavorful food for food allergies?

I was just at Walt Disney World in December and had the privilege of meeting chefs at many of the parks and resorts signature restaurants. They all made it clear to me that they want every guest to have a memorable dining experience while at the Happiest Place on Earth and they will do what it takes to ensure just that. With that in mind I felt that the Wave at Disney's Contemporary Resort was a great place to eat for anyone with food allergies. The flavors from the fresh cuisine jump off the plate and they are made with great care. Upstairs at the California Grill located at the top of the Contemporary the chefs have no difficulty meeting allergy needs while making great food. They will cater to any allergies and still wow you with the amazing culinary treats. At Epcot my kids always ask to eat at the Garden Grill Restaurant. I spoke to the Chef here and was amazed by the vast knowledge of allergies and how to still make a wonderful meal. Lastly, a meal at the legendary Hollywood Brown Derby will not only fill you up with a tasty meal, but you will not have to worry about your food allergies because they care enough to make a great meal.

As a Los Angeles native I basically grew up at Disneyland. It has always been so easy to take my family on the short drive to the Happiest Place on Earth. Watching my daughters make magical memories reminds me why I keep coming back. Learn More About Ari
