My son has a milk allergy, 4 yrs old. I have been informed by alot of allergy moms that Walt Disney World is the no, 1 spot for allergy children. Could you recommend any counter service restaurants and possibly menus or ideas of safe foods.

    Hi Amy,

Yes, your friends are spot on -- Walt Disney World is amazing at accommodating to guest's dietary restrictions.  I had a trip where I wasn't eating eggs/diary/meat, and I didn't have a problem whatsoever. All of the table service restaurants should be able to help out your son; just include a notation in your reservation about his milk allergy. As for the counter service restaurants, these should be able to offer you alternatives:

    Disney's Animal Kingdom
    ---Restaurantosaurus
    ---Flame Tree Barbecue
    Disney's Hollywood Studios
    ---Backlot ExpressStudios Catering Co.
    ---ABC Commissary
    ---Toy Story Pizza Planet Epcot
    ---Liberty Inn
    ---Sunshine Season Magic Kingdom
    ---Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe
---Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe
    ---Main Street Bakery
    ---Columbia Harbor House
---The Pinocchio Village House You may also want to visit www.disneyfoodblog.com and do a search for special diet; you'll find further information that may be helpful in your planning.
