My son is in the Military and he bought tickets. We were coming in June. Now his orders have changed and he Leaves in May. He will not be able to go now. Can we still use the tickets he purchased for us. He want be there to show his Military ID?

    Hello Tonya!

I know all too well the frustration of orders changing and interfering with vacation plans.  It's happened to us more times than I care to count.

If your son purchased and activated the tickets at Walt Disney World, he will not need to be present in order for you to use the tickets.  Unfortunately, if he purchased them at his local base MWR/ITT location, he would need to be present to activate the tickets.  However, if he has a spouse and they are accompanying you on your vacation, they would be able to activate those tickets purchased at the base location.

I have my fingers crossed you'll be able to use those tickets!  Please come back and see me if you have any other questions.  I want to help you make your visit as magical as possible!
