Denise from MI Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My son has low-func autism. We only have a good 4-5 hrs until he has reached his limit. The return times with DAC can be long. Are there addtional accom. that can occur for our individual needs? GAC was much more accommodating. We understand why it changed.

    Hello, Denise!

As a mom to a son with special needs, I understand how important it is to maximize your park touring time. We have found that our son can handle about five hours in the parks before we see his Grumpy side! For us, utilizing both FastPass+ and the Disability Access Service (DAS) card, and hitting the parks first thing in the morning, allows us to tour the parks without too much stress. I suggest speaking with a Cast Member at any theme park Guest Relations Lobby who will be able to assist you based upon your son's individual needs.

I hope this helps to answer your questions. Please let me know if I can answer further questions.

    Have a pixie-dusted day!
