    Son leaving early with friends to WDW on 1/27/13. Rest of us are not arriving til 1/28/13. Since staying with friends that night did not get Dining Plan or hotel for that day (1/27/13).Can he use a Quick Service meal early even if reservation set 1/28/13?

    Hi George, 

    Since your reservation is starting on January 28th, your Disney Dining Plan credits will start that day as well.  Your son will not be able to use a Quick Service meal the day before your reservation begins.  You will need to check-in and obtain your Key to the World cards.  These cards which are also your room key and can have charging privileges on them will have all of the Dining Plan credits on them for your entire reservation and people in your room.  I know that your vacation together will be just magical, George.  Please let me know if I can help you further.
