Can my son leave his light saber he is going to build at Savi’s workshop in the morning after he builds it until we are ready to leave the park? Or do we have to carry it around? Thanks!

    Bright suns, Kelly!

After traveling to a galaxy far, far away, you may feel like lightening your load as you enjoy the rest of your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Fortunately, there is A New Hope for weary travelers like you. You can take advantage of the package check service available at select locations. The nearest package check location to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is Pioneer Mercantile located in Frontierland. If you plan to park hop during your visit, I recommend using the stroller rental shop. You will need to keep your original receipt from Savi's Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers and fill out a form. Then, you can be on your way to enjoy the rest of your adventure back in this galaxy.

Tony’s Tip: While you are enjoying a visit to the Black Spire Outpost, you might be interested in trying your hand at bounty hunting. To participate in Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters, all you need is a MagicBand+. To take on a bounty hunting assignment, visit the Bounty Hunters Guild, not very far from Savi’s Workshop. Start by scanning your MagicBand+ at the display board. Then, follow the prompts from the band as you track your bounty throughout the area. Enhance your bounty-hunting experience even more with the free Play Disney Parks app. The Play app also includes the Star Wars: Datapad activity to add even more excitement and adventure as you explore the planet Batuu.

May the Force be with you, Kelly!
