My son in law will not be able to join us. Can I change his park reservation and ticket to my daughter

Hello there, Melissa! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for dropping by with your ticket question.

I am sorry to hear that your son-in-law will not be able to join you on your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. As long as his ticket is wholly unused, you can change the name to another Guest or he can keep it to enjoy on another valid day for that ticket type before it expires. Either way, you will just need to head to the Ticket and Reservation Details page. There you can modify the reservation if you already have a new date in mind or cancel the reservation and come back and rebook the theme park ticket reservation when the Guest has a new date in mind.

If you want to change the name on the ticket, you, unfortunately, can't do this on the Disneyland website or Disneyland app. The person who purchased the tickets with their Disney account will need to call Ticket Services or chat through the Disneyland app to have the name change made.

If you have any Marvel fans in your group, don't forget to check out the newest entertainment, Rogers: The Musical, at the Hyperion Theater in Disney California Adventure Park!

Melissa, thanks again for stopping by with your ticket question. I hope this information helps with your last-minute change of plans!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
