My son is a HUGE Toy Story Woody fan. I was looking at staying at the All Star Movie resort in December and requesting the building by the large Woody figurine. What would be the best building? Is this convienent at all or should I just forego this idea

    Hi Tiffany,
The 'Woody' building will be so exciting for a fan like your son!

This building is a great choice at the All Star Movies Resort as it is very close to Cinema Hall (the central building where you will find the food court, gift shop, arcade and bus stop).  As it is so close to Cinema Hall, some of the rooms in this block will be considered 'preferred' rooms and as such will be a little more expensive.

When you book your reservation, make sure you tell them your building preference.  They will write this on your reservation, but it is still a request - not a guarantee.  Room allocations are made three days in advance and you may want to call reservations three days before your arrival just to re-confirm your request.  Finally, as you are checking in, tell them again that you would like to be in the 'Woody' building;  all the cast members you work with will do their best to see that you get your request.

Tiffany, have a wonderful time together with your family!

Walt Disney World stole my heart when my parents introduced me to the magic the year it opened. I fondly remember my first 'Mickey Mouse in a Glass House' balloon! I still visit with my parents-and now with my husband and our two teens. Learn More About Lynn
