Howdy Lisa!
Welcome to planDisney. Congratulations on your son’s upcoming nuptials. So many couples spend time at The Most Magical Place on Earth after their wedding, and I love to hear that they would like to as well. Let’s see what we can do to help with their Happily Ever After!
Alrighty, so all things considered, I think a Disney Gift Card would probably be your best option. The great thing about the gift card is that they can use it to pay for their vacation package, food, merchandise, and enchanting extras while they are there. You can purchase gift cards through the
Disney Giftcard website or at many local retailers.
My niece is getting married this year as well, and I would love to share some of the things we’ve been looking at for them. First of all, the Disney Store has a whole section for
Wedding Gifts. Of course, we had to purchase the
Cinderella Ear Headband Bridal Veil for Adults for the bride. You can also find a ton of great things for the groom. Secondly, once they have booked their vacation, let them know to stop by the guest services desk at their resort to pick up complimentary Happily Ever After pins commemorating their wedding. You never know when a cast member may sprinkle them with a little pixie dust as a congratulations. Finally, I would take a look at some of the
Enchanting Extras that are available while they are there. They could take a backstage tour, experience a dining party, or one of my favorites, a portrait session.
Lisa, I hope that your son and future daughter-in-law have a magical time using their Disney Gift Cards while visiting Walt Disney World. Please stop back by if you have any further questions, and we’ll be happy to help.
See ya real soon,
Robert
