My son has many food allergies. I understand that we can chat with the chef at the sit down restaurants (they have our allergy information). I am less clear on the counter service process. Can we get rice based bread, hamburgers w/out fillers, etc?

Hi Heather! Traveling with a member of your family who has food allergies can be stressful at times. Walt Disney World chefs and dining managers are well quipped to help you out with your needs.

You appear to be aware of the process for the sit down restaurants.  Be sure to give those chefs 72 hours in advance so they can prepare what is needed.  Make sure when making any dining reservation (407-939-3463) that you notify them of the particular dietary needs for your son.   The counter service process is to ask for a manager and ask to see the list of foods and ingredients that they serve.  Most of these locations will have a book making it easy for you to see the options for your son.  It will be a little more time consuming but well worth it.
