My son has food allergies (dairy, egg, peanuts), is it hard to get foods for him at the character dining (buffet styles) restaurants?

    Howdy Monica!

Yes!  I have food allergies as well, so I can sympathize!  First of all, on all of your dining reservations, make sure to note that you have a food allergy.  They'll have the chef come out and go over safe options on the menu.  For buffets, the chef will come out and do a walk with you and your son so that you know the safe foods.  If there's a certain food that he'd like (Mickey waffles, for example), you can speak with the chef about a substitute.  I personally know there is a gluten-free option available for waffles that it is egg free, and it is delicious!  You'll need to inquire about that option, as I do not know if it is dairy free.

For foods that will be prepared for your son, they will be prepared at a special station to avoid cross-contamination and brought right out to your table.  The chef will be able to answer any questions and concerns you have about your dining experience.

    Have a magical vacation!
