Hello...this will be me and my son first trip to disney and i am the most excited because i love mickey mouse!!!..what is the best reaort hotel to stay in that i will see the most mickey mouse themes?

Hi Tranetta! I also love all things M-i-c k-e-y M-o-u-s-e, and I love that you want to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that most celebrates the Big Cheese himself.

My recommendation would be Disney's Pop Century Resort. This resort hotel celebrates all things Disney through the decades, starting all the way at Mickey and Walt's humble beginnings, going through the 2000's. There are some really wonderful display cases in the lobby of this hotel showcasing memorabilia and collectibles through these years. My favorites are the Mickey Mouse Club House and early Disneyland memories of the 50's. Pro Tip: Ask for a room in the 70's building facing the center courtyard where you'll find a four-story tall classic Mickey Mouse phone! (Click here for a map of this resort, and zoom in on the center of the two green buildings for a glimpse of this guy.)

Other Mickey-centric and DisNerd experiences at Walt Disney World Resort are Walt Disney Presents as well as Fantasmic!, both at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The first is a walk-through gallery of props, sketches, original models and behind the scenes looks at the beginnings of Disney's legacy. Fantasmic! is a half-hour nighttime show featuring music, fireworks and characters galore that sees our favorite mouse overcome evil and triumph as the World's favorite good-guy.

We'll see you real soon, Tranetta!
