Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, James. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning a visit to the
Disneyland Resort! You're sure to make magical memories there.
The Disneyland Resort is committed to making sure that all Guests have a safe, accessible, and inclusive experience in the theme parks. I think you're asking about
Disability Access Service. This incredible program is just one of the many ways the Disneyland Resort honors that commitment to Guests with Disabilities. With Disability Access Service (DAS) Guests who have difficulty tolerating extended wait times in traditional queue environments can book return windows for select experiences, so that they and their party can bypass those traditional queues. Guests with DAS can make plans for up to 6 Guests.
You can
register for Disability Access Service by stopping by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland Park, Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street at Disney California Adventure Park, or a Guest Information location. Eligible Guests can now also
pre-register for DAS Advance virtually with a Cast Member. This convenient option is available up to 30-days in advance of a park visit, but no less than 2-days before arrival.
If you have any concerns or specific questions about your son's special needs, I encourage you to reach out to the
Disability Services Team by calling (407) 560-2547 or emailing disability.services@disneyland.com. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
I hope this was helpful, James. Please let us know if you have any other questions about "The Happiest Place on Earth!" We'd love to help you plan a magical visit.
Ashley
