Hi Scott, thanks for stopping by planDisney! There’s nothing better (or magical) than planning a vacation to Walt Disney World for your family.
I’d like to introduce you to
Walt Disney World’s Disability Access Service (DAS). DAS is intended for Guests whose disability prevents them from waiting in a conventional queue environment, very similar to what you have described. In short, the service allows Guests to schedule a return time that is comparable to the current queue wait for the given attraction. Once a return time is issued, Guests are free to enjoy other theme park offerings.
Upon entering each theme park, just stop by Guest Relations Main Entrance location to discuss your specific needs. I assure you, you’re in good hands with the Cast Members at Walt Disney World.
At this time, the sale of new annual passes is temporarily paused. However, current Annual Passholders may still renew their pass. If you’re not an Annual Passholder (such as myself)
you can always purchase tickets. You can purchase new Disney Resort hotel packages, purchase new theme park tickets, and make park reservations for arrivals on select dates in 2020 and 2021.
Prior to purchasing tickets, be sure to view theme park reservation availability online.Scott, if you have any other questions please let us know. Otherwise, be sure to tell Mickey I said hello!
