Hi! My son is doing the pirate adventure at grand floridian. Can you tell me what we can do with my daughter while waiting for him to get back? I was thinking a character breakfast at 1900 park fare but not sure if we would have time since we only have 2hr

Actually, I think the Supercalifragilistic breakfast would be a perfect way to pass the time while you wait for your son to return from his brave adventure, Sunshine!  Two hours should be plenty of time to dine on that fabulous chilled strawberry soup and plenty of Mickey waffles.  So, too, will you have time to meet and greet all of the characters.  Truly, two hours is plenty of time.

    Some other options are:

    - Explore the Grand Floridian.  Take your shoes off and play in the sand on the beach.
    - Take a spin on the monorail.
    - Visit the arcade

Hopefully you and your daughter have just as much fun as your son.  Enjoy!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
