My 5yo son doesn't speak english. Will he be able to participate of Children's Activity Centers? Can I request on reservation time a cast member that speaks portuguese to help him there?

    Hi Patricia,

Many of the Cast Members at Walt Disney World speak several languages.  You can tell what they speak by looking at their nametags.  Beneath their names will be a list of the specific languages they speak.

While there is always the possibility that there may be a Portuguese-speaking Cast Member in the children's activity center when you drop your son off, there are no guarantees.  When you make your son's reservation, let them know that his only language is Portuguese. If they do not have a Portuguese-speaking attendant scheduled for that club on your desired date, they may be able to suggest one of the other children's clubs at Walt Disney World where Portuguese-speaking Cast Members will be present.

Whether you son shares a language with the other kids and Cast Members in the children's activity center, I bet he will find plenty of great activities to entertain him.  Remember, "fun" is an international language!

Wishing you all a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
