my son has diabetes, coeliacs and kidney condition. he needs easy and quick access to toilets. he also has problems waiting in long queues, needing toilet or needing to sit. will he be issued with a gac?

    Hi Kim!

Your son sounds like a perfect candidate for a Guest Assistance Card, or GAC!  I would first obtain a letter from his physician outlining his exact needs and restrictions.  Since his needs won't necessarily be apparent to the Cast Members, a letter from his doctor will be invaluable.  Simply visit any of the Guest Relations desks in the four major theme parks and apply for the card.  I certainly can't guarantee that he will be issued one, but it certainly sounds like he would benefit from one.  I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you have a wonderful vacation!
