Hello! Our son just decided to change a Magic Kingdom day to Epcot but I can't find anywhere to do this on My Disney Experience. How do we go about changing our park? (I'm on hold with Disney but it's been 11 minutes already). Thanks!

Hello there, Yen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel -- I’m so glad you’re here!

It sounds like you will soon be visiting Walt Disney World with your family. March is such a wonderful time to visit, and this one in particular, since this year will mark the opening of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway on March 4! Using My Disney Experience, especially the Mobile App, is one of the very best ways to plan your vacation, and even make changes up until and including the very day you visit! Booking those FastPass+ selections in advance is a great thing to do, but it’s important to note that it is never too late to make a change, and new options may become available at any time during your stay.

As far as changing your plans from a visit to Magic Kingdom Park to a day at EPCOT, it seems your Plans section when logged into My Disney Experience is showing you as visiting Magic Kingdom Park because you have made FastPass+ selections in that park on that particular day. In order to make the change, you’ll need to release those FastPass+ selections and make choices at EPCOT instead. Then, you’ll see that the My Plans section will change to reflect the change in your plans!

Yen, I hope this information is helpful to you as you make your final plans for next month’s trip, and please do not hesitate to come back to see us if we can be of any help to you in the future!

    See ya real soon!
