My son and I both have DAS passes, and already got our pre-selected rides for our trip with CM Audra Joy; however, on our app 2 of the DAS pre-selects were accidentally scheduled on the wrong day by the CM. Please help :)

Hi Marla!  Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!  We are happy to assist you with your question.

Disability Access Service (DAS) is a service for guests who have difficulty waiting in the traditional standby queue line due to a disability.  And pre-registering for DAS (available to eligible guests) will be one less thing for you to do when you arrive for your Walt Disney World vacation!

The added convenience of Making Experience Selections with the DAS Advance Planning Option is a wonderful feature.  To update your selections, you can click on the "Request Live Chat" button in the "Ready to Chat with a Cast Member?" section of the DAS Advance Planning Option page.  As a reminder, here is a list of experiences eligible for pre-selection in case you would like to review them prior to your live chat.

Marla, I'd also like to let you know that if you plan on attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, you can continue to use the DAS service for select character and attraction queues during the party.

I hope you have the most magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation!
    Diane
