My son has covid how do we get his ticket money refund.

    Hello, Martina,

I’m so sorry to hear your son is unwell. I’m wishing on a star for a speedy recovery for him and for safe and healthy times for all of your party.

Although Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable, here are some examples of ways to save the magic of your tickets:

    • You may cancel your theme park reservation from the "My Theme Park Reservations" page and rebook for future available dates. The system even allows for canceling only the park reservation of one or some of the tickets in the reservation.
    • Another Guest may use the ticket of a member of your party that is unable to visit. It’s usually OK if the name on the ticket doesn’t match the Guest actually using it; it’s there mostly for your convenience in keeping the tickets straight. But you may also reach out to a Cast Member with the Tickets phone line to arrange an updated name.
    • Wholly unused standard theme park tickets are typically valid for months after purchase. And even expired theme park tickets retain their value in most cases. The original value of an unused, expired theme park ticket may be applied toward the cost of a new theme park ticket purchased at a future date.

I know it can be a huge disappointment to miss out on an experience that has been anticipated for so long. This same situation happened to my family recently as well. Since we also live far from the Disneyland Resort I understand it can be challenging to rearrange travel to make things work out. But I’m hopeful that you can find a path forward that will work well for you and your family.

I’m sending pixie dust and happy thoughts your way, Martina!
