    Hi - My son & I are coming to WDW in July. When we get to our Resort we'd like to check in and then head to the Parks. Will they give us our Mug then? And is it refillable in the Parks? Thanks so much for your help!

    I am very excited to hear about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  I am sure both you and your son are just as thrilled, so let's get started!

    Upon check-in, your Cast Member will provide you with your "Key to the World".  Just head on over to the Food Court, grab your mugs and present your "Key to the World" to the Cast Member (cashier).  Your "Key to the World" will provide your Cast Member with your Disney Dining information.  Your refillable mugs cannot be refilled at the parks.  205 East Houston Street · San Antonio, Texas 78205
