Hi Robin,
Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. How fantastic to spend some time at Walt Disney World with your son! I have a 10-year-old daughter, and this is such a great age to experience Walt Disney World with children. They typically can make it through a whole day at a theme park with lots of energy and experience so much.
If I asked my daughter this question, she would absolutely answer Epcot. Epcot has so much to do, with both World Showcase and Future World. Like me, she really enjoys eating and the diversity of food available in World Showcase. We also both enjoy rides like Test Track and Spaceship Earth. Personally, Epcot is our favorite park, and I could see us spending days upon days there.
I think that another good option for you would be Disney's Hollywood Studios. With attractions such as Toy Story Midway Mania! and Star Tours, as well as shows such as Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show, there are a lot of very active attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Also, if your son is interested in Star Wars, check out the new
Star Wars Launch Bay at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Star Wars Launch Bay includes behind-the-scenes videos, immersive exhibits, and so much more for Star Wars fans.
I hope that these thoughts give you some ideas for your second day at Walt Disney World with your son, Robin. I am sure that whichever theme park you choose, you will have a wonderful experience with him. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
