If my son comes to visit for the day do they have to pay parking as we are a guest

Hi there, Sally! It is so nice that your son can join you for what is sure to be a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I am happy to answer your question. I’ll provide you with answers for a couple of scenarios.

If your son is joining you to enjoy the resort hotel, Guests wishing to experience dining, recreation, entertainment, or shopping at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel do not need to pay for parking at the hotel they are visiting. Upon arrival at the entry gate, your son should inform the Cast Member that he is visiting family to enjoy the offerings available at resort hotel!

However, if your plan is for your son to join you at a Disney Park he would need to pay the daily rate for parking at the theme park. For example, if you have plans to meet at Magic Kingdom Park, then your son would need to pay for parking and then join you in the park.

Sally, I hope you have a great visit with your son at the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Dreams do come true!
