My son has celiac and I have all ready made special arrangements for sit down dinners. I have researched counter service and they say to give them advance notice. How do I do this for each day when we will be in a different park each day?

I am not an expert on allergies, so I did a bit of research. The information I'm going to give you comes from a great book called PassPorter's Open Mouse for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line. This book is a wonderful resource for all Disney guests with special needs, including special dietary issues.

According to PassPorter, in addition to informing Disney Dining (407-WDW-DINE) of your needs, you can also email the Magic Kingdom Special Diets Department at wdwmkspecialdiets@email.disney.com and ask them about counter service dining issues. They should be able to provide you with lists of gluten free foods at the counter service restaurants.

Hope you have a great trip.
