    My son will be celebrating his first birthday at WDW in March. What recommendation or reservation do you suggest I take advantage of to make his day memorable? I want to make sure I go as prepared as possible of coarse keeping his young age in mind.

    First of all, Happy Early Birthday to your son. What a perfect idea, spending that special day at Walt Disney World. No one does celebrations better than Disney so he is in for a treat!

    I would suggest scheduling an Advanced Dining Reservation at a Character Dining Spot such as Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort or Hollywood & Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios. These are two of my favorites for a child his age. I love Character Dining because children can see the Characters up close and interact with them for a few minutes as they make their way around to each table. Another suggestion is to stop at Guest Services at the front of each Park and request a Personalized Birthday Celebration Button for him to wear all day. There are many ways to Customize Your Celebration so be sure to check those out, as well. All in all, it will be a birthday you will never forget. Oh, be sure to take a lot of photos and maybe consider investing in Memory Maker. It is the perfect way to keep track of all those magical moments!
