my son will be celebrating his 8th birthday while at Hollywood Studios - do you recommend a special place for dinner that night? Thanks!

    Hi Melissa!

Both of my boys love Disney's Hollywood Studios!  It's a great park for your little guy to celebrate his birthday in:)

There are two restaurants that my two sons recommend:

    1)  50's Prime Time Cafe:  The food here is great, and the atmosphere is really cute!  You feel like you are back in the 50's with the black and white TV shows and restaurant decor.  The cast members there really get into the their "motherly" roles and will even get on your kids about cleaning their plates:)  It's a lot of fun!

    2)  Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater:   This restaurant is also a lot of fun!  You sit in a "car" while watching movie reels play on a big screen, just like you were at a drive-in theater.  I have to say, though, that the food here did not impress me.  It was a fun experience, and my boys always want to go back, but if I were choosing on food alone, I would pick the 50's Prime Time.

I hope this helps!  Be sure to let them know you are celebrating a birthday when you eat!

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
