    My son can't join our trip due to possible Covid. How can I get a refund for his tickets?

    Gawrsh! While I am so excited to read to will be arriving at Walt Disney World very, very soon, I am so sorry to read about your son missing the trip!

    I did a little research and it appears the ticket refund policy is currently altered due to our Covid environment. Under this Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go section of the website, scroll down to Tickets for the latest updated information on ticket modification and cancellation through the Disney Reservation Center.

    I wish you and your family good health.  I hope everyone vacationing enjoys the The World's Most Magical Celebration at the Walt Disney World Resort.
