    My son can’t go with us now can I get a refund on his ticket or get another ticket in the future?

    I'm so sorry to see your son will not be able to join you, but I'm thrilled you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days. I'm sure, based on your prior questions, you are over the moon excited about visiting Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios! 

    I recommend you contact your travel planner or speak with a Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to discuss options regarding your son's tickets. Whomever you booked through can review your information and let you know what policies apply to your reservation. Another great resource is the team in Existing Tickets. Their phone number is (407) 566-4985.
