My son 14 would like to buy a sword if they have them in Japan in Epcot. If so can we ship it home as the airlines are funny about swords in luggage

    Hi Lisa,

There are quite a few things that you can buy at Walt Disney World which are not airline-friendly.  Snow globes, for instance, come immediately to mind. I can imagine how your son's desired souvenir might fit the same category. The Cast Members at Walt Disney World are well aware of the many restrictions placed on airline passengers these days so they are very helpful when it comes to shipping your souvenirs home.  Just be sure to let the Cast Member who processes your purchase in the Japan Pavilion know that you wish to ship your merchandise.  They will have you fill out some additional paperwork and will happily send your souvenir on its way.

Best wishes for a magical Walt Disney World vacation!

    Jill
