my son birthday is on the 20th of this month, i will take him on the 18th to celebrate. do i have to pay since its his birthday? hes 3 years old

    Hi, Gisselle!

Oh, my goodness! Celebrating the birthday of your little prince at Walt Disney World? How magical!

Mickey Mouse treats his littlest Guests to fun-filled days in the theme parks and water parks if they are under 3. Therefore, if you are celebrating your son's 3rd birthday--but he is not yet 3--you will not need to purchase a Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket for him. If, however, he is 3 now, and you plan to celebrate his 4th birthday, then you will need to purchase him a child's ticket for that day. Take a look at the ticket link above for ticket pricing that is good for ages 3-9 and for ages 10+.

Either way, the Birthday Boy is in for such a special day! Be sure to take a look at this very helpful guide for Planning for Preschool Kids & Little Ones as you craft the day that is practically perfect in every way. In addition, be sure to stop by Guest Relations to get your little man a complimentary birthday button. Throughout the day, Cast Members and Guests alike will wish him a Happy Birthday, making him feel even more special as he tours Walt Disney World.

Have so much fun planning this extra-magical day as you celebrate with your little one, Gisselle! Be sure to send us more questions as you think of them, too. We love to help!
