My son is a big eater and I know that he will always be hungry. We have a dinning plan that gives one snack a day and I am wondering if you can give ideas of where to get the best "meal like" snacks in each of the parks

    Hi Shanda!

Dining at Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite vacation activities. Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking such a great question. For the best "bang for your buck" I recommend visiting the following locations to use your snack credit, but be aware participating items may change at any time, so make sure to check before ordering.

Magic Kingdom Park: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe - I have ordered the Chili Cheese Fries as a snack credit and they were huge. Launching Pad - Cream Cheese Stuffed Pretzel.

Disney's Hollywood Studios: Starring Rolls Cafe has plenty of delicious baked goods to choose from and most of them are quite large.

Epcot: There are several options around World Showcase, or I like to stop into Sunshine Seasons for a delicious bowl up soup.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: The Chicken-Fried Rice at Yak & Yeti is delicious and almost big enough for two.

I hope these items may help curve your son's appetite. Enjoy your vacation, Shanda, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
