My son has a bearded dragon that stays in a cage. There is no way to board him nor have we found someone to keep him yet. Would it be acceptable to bring a small lizard in a cage with us?

A bearded dragon sounds like a great pet. As cool as the lizard might be, currently, pets of any kind are not allowed in the Disney Resorts. There are options for pets at select campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness. The campsites are designed for RV's or pop-up campers, but not in any resorts. The best option out there is really close. The Best Friends Pet Care has just opened right across from the Port Orleans Resort.  It is not a standard  kennel environment. It's more like a pet resort! This pet paradise offers everything from standard rooms to VIP Luxury Suites - complete with a TV.  You can learn more about their services on their website: http://www.bestfriendspetcare.com/waltdisneyworldresort. Good luck with the lizard and I will see you at the parks.
